Training
Training programmes fall into three main groups: management capability, technology capability, and team leadership and cohesion. Each programme is adapted to the participant profile and the problem being solved.
PLANNING
How a training programme is built
We do not start from a catalogue. First we establish which problem is being solved, then decide whether it calls for a single course or a programme.
1
Identifying the problem
The organisational or individual difficulty, capability gap and performance issue to be addressed are identified.
2
A single course or a programme
We decide whether one focused course is enough or whether a linked set of programmes is required.
3
Choosing the main group
Management, HR, team or technology — the main area matching the identified problem is chosen.
4
Adapting the curriculum
Content is reworked around the participants' current level and the problem being solved.
5
Setting the duration
A duration is set that covers the content properly while respecting participant availability.
